We will dive deeper into the subtleties of breath, gaze (drishti), bandhas, and how to feel into each pose with the right energy.

Śavāsana & Meditation
Śavāsana is one of the most difficult poses to master, because it involves the whole nervous system, and the mind!
We can discuss how best to incorporate meditation and a more rigorous śavāsana to your practice if your curiosity is drawn in this way.

I started practicing yoga in 2010 at Yoga To The People, in San Francisco. In 2017 I started practicing daily with Iyengar's Light on Light. In 2018 I completed a 200h teacher training at Yandara, in Mexico. In 2019 I started practicing with David Milliotis who had studied directly with Pathabi Jois, the founder of Ashtanga Yoga.
